In adapting Uninhibited Miller's best-selling side-splitting laws series "Peccadillo City," Robert Rodriguez has made a cynical film about murder, divulging, decapitation, and cannibalism that happens to be skilful to look at. With breathless editing and high-contrast ebony and fair-skinned images lit up on flashes of color, the hyper-stylized look of "Stray Urban district" does an first-class area at approaching the deft visuals of the comic book.
