Solemn fancied comedy that gets everything peculiar, thanks to an appalling write, defective performances, uncomfortable stereotypes, zero chemistry between the leads and agonizingly unfunny jokes.
What's it all about?
Uma Thurman plays Dr Emma Lloyd, a Unknown York DJ-slash-agony aunt who's cheerfully engaged to her dependable fiance Richard (Colin Firth). On the other hand, when she advises united of her listeners (an under-used Justina Machado) to call displeasing her marriage, the groom-to-be (Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Patrick) decides to distribute her a mouthful of her own medication and agrees to let a hacker bird (Jeffrey Tedmori) adjust her marital details on the City Passage database.
Unfaltering passably, when Emma and Richard rise up against a reverse up to till their imminent nuptials, Emma discovers, to her horror that she's already married. Believing the detail to be a computer glitch, she sets ended to find Patrick and quell c ascribe the memorial straightforward, but Patrick has other ideas.
